Delivery
The products purchased shall be delivered to the delivery address stated on the order, via LA POSTE COLISSIMO tracked parcel or another carrier (in France). Uninsured priority parcel for other countries.
Depending on the size and quantity of the products ordered and purchased, delivery may be made using different means of shipping: postal mail, direct parcel mail or by any other carrier.
In the case where a parcel arrives damaged, the buyer must refuse delivery and ask for the parcel to be returned to LARCHE SAS due to its damaged condition.
The amount of the packaging and delivery fees billed to the buyer depends on the weight of the order.
LARCHE SAS reserves the right to modify its packaging and delivery fees but undertakes to apply the rates enforceable at the time of your order.
The delivery times can vary from 2 to 7 working days with effect from confirmation of your order if you pay using a banking card.
If you pay by cheque, your order will be shipped when the cheque has been cashed and the registered in our bank account. This usually involves 3 or 4 days extra after reception of your cheque due to processing by the banks.
In some special cases, L'Arche can ship the goods before reception of payment.
The delivery times mentioned above are average times, and depend on the destination and method of delivery.
Exceeding delivery time can under no circumstances lead to cancelling of an order, a reduction of the price paid by the buyer or payment of damages or compensation, inasmuch as the customer receives the delivery within 30 working days following confirmation of the order.
LARCHE SAS reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery to or take an order from a customer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order or with which a payment dispute is currently underway.
Right of revocation - After sales service
The buyer has a period of seven clear days to exercise his or her right of revocation without justification thereof or penalties thereupon, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods, where applicable.

The time period mentioned in the previous paragraph runs with effect from when the product or products ordered are received.
If the buyer exercises the right of revocation, L'ARCHE shall refund the price of the product or products purchased at the latest within thirty days of the date when the right of revocation was exercised.
Under no circumstances shall the box containing the product have been opened.
Product returns should be sent to: LARCHE SAS, 17 place des tulipiers, 71000 Macon, France.
Furthermore, products not consistent with the order (non-compliant, altered or not meant for the buyer) shall be returned to LARCHE SAS, at the expense of the latter, who shall either exchange or refund the product or products.
Where applicable, refunds shall be made: in the case of payment with a banker's card: the buyer's account shall be credited
in case of payment by cheque: a cheque will be sent to the buyer.
No products shall be sent for cash on delivery.
Articles that are returned incomplete, broken, used or unpacked, damaged or soiled by the buyer shall not be accepted for return.
